Hi! I’m Alli Hayes, and I’ve proudly been helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Tulsa Metro and Green Country for more than 24 years.

As an Oklahoma native, I’ve built my business around one simple philosophy: real estate is about people first. Buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest milestones, and my goal is to make every step of the process as smooth, informed, and enjoyable as possible. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends, and I’m incredibly grateful that much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Today, I’m proud to lead the Alli Hayes Real Estate Group, alongside Stacy Welborn and Kelly Jones. Together, we bring 30+ years of combined real estate experience and share a passion for helping families, first-time buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. We each bring unique experience to the team, including residential sales, investment properties, property management, and years of hands-on real estate knowledge.

One of my favorite parts of our story is that I had the privilege of helping both Stacy and Kelly purchase homes before they became realtors themselves. Watching them grow into trusted professionals has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

My husband, Nate, and I have been happily married for 29 years. We have one son and recently welcomed our granddaughter, who has quickly become the center of our world. Outside of helping clients build wealth through real estate, we’ve built our own investment portfolio and personally manage 23 investment properties, giving me firsthand experience with everything from purchasing and leasing to long-term property ownership.
